Erick Kabler

With over 25 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Erick brings deep operational expertise and a strong clinical background to his role as Hospital Manager. His leadership is rooted in hands-on experience, including three years of ICU training at the University of Florida and over a decade as an Emergency Hospital Manager, where they specialized in high-pressure environments and critical care.

Erick has special interest in anesthesia, critical care, and dentistry, and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education across a wide range of veterinary topics. He is known for a “find the yes” management style—fostering a culture of solutions, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Guided by the belief that “people care more about what you have to say when they know that you care,” Erick emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and mentorship in all aspects of leadership.

Informed by close mentorships from veterinary MBA professionals and organizational psychologists, Erick takes a strategic and people-focused approach to hospital operations, staff development, and patient care excellence.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the beach with his children. They share their home with a rescued cat from the Bahamas and a turtle named Donatello who has been part of the family for over 20 years. An adventurer at heart, Erick also holds both a private pilot license and a scuba diving certification.
